Staff friendly and welcoming. Facilities spotless. Location was great to go out walking or ride the water taxi. Breakfast perfect to start out the day. Shopping and restuarants within walking distance. I would stay there again when I return to Venice.

Typically venetian designed room with high ceilings. very comfortable and clean. continental breakfast served to us in our room - a bonus. a good location - easy walking distance to rialto bridge and san marc square. we stayed 2 nights. didnt realise that the sunday was a public holiday. were given a free trip to and from murano island to see a glass blowing demo & to tour the factory - a great experience, and would recommend it to anyone visiting venice.
Renovations are taking place all around old venice. a pity ours was being renovated while we were there.however, it was to the outside of the building and did not affect our stay in any way. we just wanted to take a picture of the building, which we did not do.

Stayed in a super comfy deluxe queen room here and had a great time. the staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. the best part was how central it was, right near the Rialto bridge – perfect for exploring around! 🌟

Easy access to the water transportation and walking around the town.
We were on the second floor or the top floor, room 11. It smelled like formaldehyde in our room possibly from the exhaust vents on the roof, which can contain a deadly gas.
